Norwich Citadel undertakes much work in the local community.

The William Booth Day Care Center The William Booth Day Care Centre - The Day centre provides a professional Day Centre for the elderly, housebound and special needs residents of the Norwich area, where they can receive sustenance and companionship in a warm Christian environment.
   
Stores Our Community Store - Norwich Citadel runs a Community Store in Lower Goat Lane selling items of furntiure, clothing and more that have been donated to us.
   
Catherine's Catherine's Coffee Lounge - Catherine's Coffee Lounge is next door to The Salvation Army on St Giles Street and is open from 9:30am to 3pm weekdays.
 
Toys And Tins The Toys & Tins Annual Appeal - Each year the Norwich Citadel corps together with BBC Radio Norfolk provide care packages for those in need in the Norwich area.

In addition to this we organise a 'Soup Run' that goes out 365 nights of the year distrubting food and hot drinks to the homeless of Norwich.  The Salvation army also run the Pottergate Arc.
